The new baby at Bosch
We know that Bosch are leading the way when it comes to power tools for the DIY enthusiast, but they are also the first to design a power tool with women in mind ...
Immense in power, compact in size: The new generation of impact drills from Bosch for do-it-yourselfers.
Pop into your local Builders Warehouse between 29 May and 5 July 2010 for great specials on power tools. Bosch is once again proving its great innovative strength with its new concept for impact drills. Bosch has developed three classes of compact tools especially geared towards user needs: Easy, Universal and Expert. The impact drills in all three classes are handier and more compact than their predecessors.
The two Bosch impact drills in the Easy class are about 20 percent smaller than their predecessors, which make them the smallest tools in their class. They are ideal for the needs of users who have limited prior experience of using power tools or only occasionally perform drilling and/or screwdriving work. Yet with 500-watt motors and 48,000 blows per minute, they make no compromises in terms of performance. They drill holes up to ten millimeters in diameter in concrete, up to 25 millimeters in wood and up to eight millimeters in steel. Drill bits or screwdriver bits are rapidly fitted in the keyless chuck.
