There will come a time when you need to cut down larger boards and this practical knock down cutting support allows you to set up instantly. Plus it perfectly fits between a Kreg Project Centre and Kreg Track Horse.
The knock down cutting support is made using PAR pine that you can buy at any Builders Warehouse or timber merchant, and lets you set up a cutting grid that can easily be stored when not in use. When taken apart, the cutting support takes up very little space and stores upright against a wall or on a shelf.

Wood glue
TOOLS:
Miter saw or table saw
Clamps
Tape measure and pencil
HERE'S HOW:
1. To assemble the rails, lay the individual pieces on a flat surface, making sure you arrange them correctly. Use wood glue to join the pieces, as shown above. Have some scrap spacers handy, but don’t accidentally glue the spacers in place. Use clamps or masking tape while the glue dries.
GOOD TO KNOW: No screws are used to join the pieces together so that you don’t have to worry about your saw blade hitting a nail or screw.
2. The Cross Bars fit in the tracks on top of either the Kreg Mobile Project Center or Track Horse.
3. Assemble the Cross Bars with wood glue as shown below.
4. Test fit everything together and sand tight fittings, Sand away any excess glue.
