Hope Vodka Bloody Mary Cocktail

When you've had a hard day - or a hard weekend - sit back and chill with a refreshing Bloody Mary cocktail - just the cure for a weekend hangover!

The iconic Bloody Mary cocktail is a perfect afternoon thirst-quencher or for some, the perfect hangover cure. Either way you choose to enjoy it, this easy recipe from Hope Distillery features Hope Small Batch Vodka and is perfect for you to try at home!

YOU WILL NEED:

50ml Hope Small Batch Vodka
100ml tomato juice
10-12ml fresh lemon juice (to taste)
A few dashes of Tabasco
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of black pepper

HERE'S HOW:

Place all the above ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir well until chilled. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a stick of celery or some speared olives and fresh herbs of your choice.

The Hope Distillery team also recommends serving Hope Small Batch Vodka on the rocks with a lemon twist, or with soda or tonic and a squeeze of lemon or a slice of lime if the flamboyant cocktail is not to your taste.
