CONTINUES BELOW
HERE'S HOW:
1. Preparation
Sand all the wood with 120- and then 240-grit to a smooth finish and wipe clean.
2. Assembling the frame
Fasten the top front and back supports to the legs and then attach the top side supports. Insert and attach the bottom side supports in the same way.
DIY Tip:
Use 2 screws in all legs to attach the supports, making sure to stagger the arrangement of screws.
3. Fill holes
Fill all screw holes with wood filler. Let dry and then sand smooth with 240-grit sanding pads.
4. Painting
Before inserting the bottom shelf, take the unit outside and spray with Rust-Oleum 2X Painters Touch and let dry. Once dry, insert the bottom shelf, screwing from under the side support to affix.
5. Add rubber bumpers
Affix rubber bumpers to the top and bottom of each leg.
6. Seal around basin
Apply a layer of Sista silicone sealer around the opening for the basin and slowly insert the basin to rest on top of the glass. Wipe off any excess silicone with a paper towel. Leave to dry for at least 12 hours before using.
