Bessey Clamps for use on welding tables

Bessey has now transferred its experience of clamping tools - amassed over the course of many decades - into the development of its TW clamping elements for matrix welding tables with 28 and 16 mm holes. It offers a comprehensive range of practical aids, with multiple uses, to facilitate your day-to day-work.

The Bessey product series TW is designed to handle all types of steel shapes and sizes, including clamping elements with a fixed throat depth (TW) or a variable throat depth (TWV) for standard clamping work for welding tables with a 28mm and a 16mm hole system.

Clamping element TWM28 with a heat-resistant special pressure plate with sintered steel insert, which can be tilted by up to 35°.

Clamping element TW28GRS with gripping arm, where the spindle is located on the outside, which enables free access to the work area among other things. Various table clamping attachments TWVAD with angle infinitely adjustable from 60° internal to 60° external for clamping round, oval and square work pieces.

TWA-STC adapter and the TWX extension for the use of toggle clamps with horizontal base plates. Tilting adapter TW28AV with pivoting spindles with step less adjustment from -52° to +52° for angular and horizontal clamping. Attachment TW28HO for the use of Bessey machine table clamps BAS, BSN, GRS or BSG.

Parallel grip GRZ with parallel jaw faces and prism recess for small round parts.

Grip GRZC for step-over clamping from both sides.

Variogrip GRZV for clamping work pieces of different thicknesses, or non-aligned work pieces.

Pipe grip GRZRO for holding round objects of constant diameter.

Machine table clamp BAS with space-saving construction and a clamping force up to 16,000 N

Plus, lever clamps GH for situations where many clamps must be applied in a short time with no risk of loosening due to vibration, and variable High-Performance Clamp Sets SLV and GSV with adjustable sliding arms for wide opening widths up to 3 m. .
