WoodEX gears up for a full house
WoodEX for Africa is preparing to host a bumper edition show from 11 to 13 July 2018 at Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand.

WoodEX for Africa Organiser, Stephan Jooste, says that they are delighted to report an upsurge in exhibitor bookings for the 2018 event and look forward to hosting a full house over the three-day event that promises visitors and exhibitors a unique stage for gaining insights, conducting business and making new contacts afore a backdrop of state-of-the-art timber- and woodworking-related equipment, machinery, tooling and services.
“Further to this, we are proud to be launching the Deck & Flooring Expo, a brand that was established in response to an overwhelming call from the decking and flooring sectors in South Africa for an expo-type event that would offer tangible, one-on-one marketing opportunities for exhibitors, from manufacturers right the way to contractors, to connect with one another and their customers,” Jooste remarks.
“Flooring and decking occupy most of our living, working and play places; it is pervasive, so close to the everyday human experience and people are really drawn to touching and experiencing the materials they will use for their decking and flooring. This is one of the reasons we felt it was essential to create the space for users, makers and installers of beautiful and functional decking and flooring to connect,” he adds.
