HERE'S HOW:

Cut and rout
Here's a tip on how to cut out perfect circles. Rout the edges of each circle with a router or Dremel Trio. The Trio comes with a router bit that is perfect for finishing off the edges.

Paint
Put down newspaper, shake the can, and lightly spray one side of each circle with a light coat of Rust-Oleum 2X Painters Touch in satin black.

Attach mirrors
Squeeze a liberal zig-zag of glue on the back of each mirror and position centrally onto the board. Push down hard and then leave to dry.

Cut and make chains
At the top and end of each length of chain add a key ring. You can spray the lengths of chain with Rust-Oleum 2X to match. Hang the chains on a branch in the garden, or somewhere else convenient for spraying.

Finishing off
Rub guilders paste around the outside of the frame, or use an artist's paintbrush and gold metallic craft paint. Place the eye hook onto the end of the chain and screw into the top of the frame. Display your latest DIY accomplishment!
