Rosemary and Chilli Potatoes
Potatoes will never be boring again with this deliciously spiced Rosemary and Crushed Chillies combination.

Ingredients
2 potatoes
1 egg
1 tsp Robertsons rosemary
1 tsp Robertsons crushed chillies
1 tblsp olive oil
Instructions
- Peel and grate 2 potatoes. Squeeze the excess water out
- Mix 1 egg, 1 teaspoon rosemary and 1 teaspoon crushed chillies through the grated potato
- Shape the potato mixture into small patties. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and fry until golden brown on both sides
