Pizza with pizzaz
If you need to make pizza in a hurry for the kids, making a pizza dough without the yeast in quick and easy.
2 cups cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup milk
6 tbsp. olive oil
Before you start mixing the ingredients, preheat oven to 220 degrees C.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well until the dough begins to form a ball and pulls away from sides of bowl. Continue to knead dough by hand, while still in bowl, until smooth; then form a ball.
Press dough into an oiled baking sheet or pizza pan using your fingertips, leaving a thicker edge to hold fillings in. Sprinkle with favourite toppings and bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
