Reuben's Grilled Line Fish with Basil and Lemon Flavoured Sauce

  • Preparation Time: 25 mins
  • Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 x 200g firm white fish
  • 100g unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Flavoured Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp. Robertsons Basil Paste
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add all the flavoured sauce ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth
  2. Roll the mixture into a log shape using cling wrap and chill until required
  3. Pan fry the fish in a little oil until cooked through
  4. Serve immediately with a slice or two of the chilled flavoured sauce, lemon wedges and baked chips or baby potatoes
